3. How long is the warranty period?
We have warranty for ceramic body for a period of 5 years.
If you have quality problem. We replace product in the next order, with image or video showing the problem.
4. What is your terms of DELIVERY and PAYMENT?
EXW or FOB. It's FOB Shenzhen, 40HQ container.
T/T 30% as deposit,and 70% before delivery.
We will show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
6.How about your DELIVERY TIME?
Generally, it will take 15 to 60 days after receiving your deposit payment.The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
7.Do you provide (i)OEM or (ii)ODM service?
Yes,we can do OEM with your own logo design printed on the
product or carton.
For ODM,our requirement is 300 pcs per month per model.
